About the desk
Own an established GTM desk within a high performing team. You’ll inherit warm accounts and a repeatable motion across product, sales, and CS.
What you’ll do
- Run a 360 desk with structured BD and candidate pipelines
- Maintain 3–5 live mandates with calibrated shortlists
- Partner with leadership on comp design and offers
What you’ll need
- 2–5 years in GTM recruiting (agency)
- Evidence of recent billings and repeat clients
- Clear, calm communication style
Compensation
Base 95–120k DOE plus commission and progression path.
