About the role
This is a retained search opportunity with one of the fastest-growing technology firms in Southern California. You’ll lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives, partnering directly with executive leadership and investors.
Key responsibilities
- Own senior-level GTM and corporate leadership hiring.
- Advise founders and board members on hiring strategy.
- Drive client partnerships from search kickoff through placement.
- Develop and mentor junior recruiters in best practices.
Ideal background
- 5+ years in executive recruitment or retained search.
- Proven record of C-suite or VP-level placements.
- Strong commercial and consultative approach.
- Based in or able to commute to Los Angeles.
Compensation & benefits
- Base: 180–220k DOE.
- Performance-based annual bonus.
- Flexible hybrid structure (3 days in office).
